Completing degrees in Sport Science and Exercise Physiology, Gab now combines her passion for movement and knowledge to encompass all aspects of anatomy, rehabilitation and strength and conditioning.

Combining Strength principles with Gab’s background in Pilates, Gab has developed training systems to guarantee results.
