Strong Her is an 8 week gym based program. This female specific strength program is designed to build confidence with your training, creating balance and providing education.
This program includes 3 strength based sessions per week. This functional program progressively builds in intensity and difficulty over the 8 week period, ensuring an improvement in overall full body strength:
Progressive overload.
Improve confidence In the gym.
Suited for beginners and experienced.
Mindfulness around your cycle.
A great way to integrate barbells and dumbells into your training.
Gabs has been coaching women for many years, teaching women how to move and feel good. Gabs has a Sport Science/Exercise Physiology background and is passionate about educating women about the importance of strength training.
